◉ Scan uses AI to fill in the truss (joints, members, supports, loads) — about 95% accurate. It does not solve. Check everything against your figure, fix any mistakes, then press Calculate Forces to solve.

💡 Scan and Solve are charged separately — Scan costs 10 EP, Calculate Forces costs 10 EP. Build the truss yourself and you only pay the 10 EP to solve.

Please rotate your phone
The Truss Solver works best in landscape so the whole truss fits on screen. Turn your phone sideways to continue.
📱 Using the Truss Solver on a phone

This app is easier on a desktop or laptop, where you can draw and edit the truss directly on the board. On a phone that drawing isn't practical — so on mobile you build the truss with the buttons instead. It still works fully; it's just a little more tapping.

Tap Input Joints, then Assign Members from Joints, then Input Joint Loads — or let Scan auto-fill the truss from a photo (optional). When you're ready, tap Results to solve — or Detailed Solution for the full step-by-step.

⚠️ Review before you solve

Calculating forces will spend 10 Ebora Points. This single charge covers both the Results and the step-by-step Detailed Solution.

Quick check before you spend:

  • Your joints and their supports (pin / roller) are right.
  • Every member connects the correct two joints.
  • Your joint loads (size and direction) match your figure.
✂️ Crop — draw a box around just the truss
Drag to select. Resize using corner handles. Anything outside the box is ignored.
⚠️ About the EboraBot Scanner

You don't need to scan. You can input the joints, members, supports and loads yourself for free — scanning is an optional paid shortcut that types them in for you.

EboraBot uses AI to fill in your truss — the joints, members, supports and loads — so you don't have to type a big problem by hand. It inputs the truss for you; it does not solve it.

  • Accuracy is about 95%. On a dense diagram it can misread a number, a load angle, a support, or which way a diagonal runs.
  • You must visually check everything it fills in — compare the joints, members, supports and loads against your figure and fix anything wrong.
  • Only after you've verified it do you press Calculate Forces to solve.
  • Scanning and solving are charged separately in Ebora Points, so review carefully before you solve.
