⚠️ Markup percentages are configurable and indicative. This BOQ uses the EDC model — Direct Cost → add OCM → add Profit → then VAT. The default OCM (12%), profit (8%) and VAT (12%) are placeholders; confirm the rates against the project's approved EDC breakdown and the prevailing DPWH / DBM and BIR guidelines.
