⚠️ Indicative sizing. The Rational Method assumes uniform rainfall over a small catchment; C and i (from the IDF at t_c) vary with surface and return period. Culvert sizing here is barrel (outlet) control by Manning — also check inlet control & headwater depth against HDS-5 / DPWH culvert charts. Verify against DPWH drainage criteria.
